No Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including celebrity merchandise and digital hardware, unless the item you received is defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue so we can evaluate and resolve the situation.
Exceptions
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please provide photographic or video evidence of the issue to speed up the processing of your order. Once approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund based on the specific circumstances. Please note that if the photos or videos do not clearly demonstrate the problem, we will be unable to proceed with the after-sales service. We appreciate your understanding. The after-sales processing period is within 7 days from the date of delivery as shown by the courier.
The shipping and customs duties incurred from the return will need to be prepaid by you. Upon approval, we will reimburse these costs either through the issuance of vouchers or via bank transfer.
Due to the nature of cross-border logistics, your order may be shipped from an overseas warehouse or a domestic warehouse within China. Please do not return the product to the original order address. After submitting a return request and obtaining approval, we will send you a dedicated return address via the email you provided. You will need to follow the instructions to send the product to this address. The returned product must remain in its original packaging with the tags intact and include the order number; otherwise, it may affect the refund process.
Final Sale
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, wrong size, or any other reason not related to damage or defect.
